Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns within our 30-night sleep warranty period.

How to Request a Return

  • If the product is unused, email our Customer Support team at [email protected] and we’ll provide you with return options and details.
  • If the product is used, a restocking fee of $30 will apply to all returns due to hygiene and disposal fees.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Restocking Fee: This fee helps cover the environmental impact, including hygiene and disposal costs associated with used returns. We thank you for your contribution to a more sustainable future. 
  • Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns outside the 30-night warranty period.
